Honestly I don't see the need to nerf vorpal sword.
They bumped the pallet break time from 2.5 to 3.2 seconds. Vecna already is pretty good at chasing with picking up the pallets or holding them. He doesn't need to break them as much as other killers. And with that long of a duration his basekit just feels way better. The general opinion I saw with vorpal (I don't use it myself) was it fit a slight niche at best. In some cases it was a meme since it removed the way faster pick up alternative.
