Survivor stuck on should glitch?

I was playing as the Knight in the masquerade mode and I remoted hooked someone but instead of going on the hook they stayed on my shoulder, i was confused at first but kept going in the game and took down the last survivor and was able to hook him but not the person on my should who then moved up and was floating on my sword. I thought letting the timer run out but nothing happened and the game didnt end so i had to leave the game
