PC - Cant Move Camera or Character After Last Second Perk Change.
I am unable to provide a video due to changing window settings messing with clipping software.
Step 1 - Changed perk at the last second possible during ready up phase (From Calm Spirit to Boon: Shadow Step)
Step 2 - Loaded in and immediately checked to see what perk I got during the intro 360.
Step 3 - Closed the pause menu and could not move camera or character.
Step 4 - Attempted to change window resolutions, window typed, locked and unlocked mouse from window. Could still interact with pause menu to change settings, just nothing ingame.
