Why can't Wraith use powers or interact with event items in stealth?

I imagine they didn't take Wraith's power into consideration for the event's functions.
Don’t forget heal you expose you being an insane hard counter to Huntress because 30 seconds of exposure does nothing to help her. It’s pretty much a negative only lmao.
