Can't unhook a survivor after remote hook

I play on PC - Microsoft Store

I could sabotage a hook with Alex Toolbox as Survivor while the Killer used the Remote hook to hook the survivor on the hook that got sabotaged. After this i couldnt unhook the Survivor.
