I can't wrap my head around it. How aren't killers with one of the most absurd addons get any changes? Let take Knight for example

Knight's contract

Every fourth summon of a Guard causes all Survivors within 12 metres of his Spawn location to suffer from the Exposed Status Effect for 8 seconds.

Like brooo hello? Who made these addons man??

I mean thats almost all of his addons right?

Nemesis

Half of his addons are dogwater.

I think you get the point? of course there are more killers out there with tears inducing addons that would make any full grown man cry and ask "######### are they doing? What are these addons??"
