Decisive Strike and The Lich?
Platform: PS4
In a public match against the Lich and when I used decisive strike, i ended up floating in the carry animation with the wiggle prompt bar on my screen. When getting downed again, I floated again before getting actually picked up and couldn’t wiggle at all. It didn’t occur again and I didn't use decisive strike again that round.
