No Dream Pallet Spawns on Forgotten Ruins

MyraMains

Steps to repro:

1. Queue up as The Nightmare with dream pallet addons
2. Load into Forgotten Ruins
3. Wait for Dream Tokens to spawn
4. Notice how no dream pallets become available

Workaround: Break real pallets to see dream pallet areas
