Dissolution not working when survivors gets injured by skull merchants drones

The perk dissolution activates when injuring a survivor through any means but does not activate with skull merchant drones. Perks like Hysteria, blood favor and gearhead activate but not dissolution. I have a terror radius, waited 3 seconds, and let the survivor fast vault and no dice.
