When both healing and being healed if your camera is positioned like this, you are silent even though neither player has the perk
If the camera angle is like this, Survivors make grunts of pain like they are supposed to..
This happened twice in the same trial while healing and being healed in the basement of the new map, while I was playing as The new Survivor.
