New killer "power"

This is just an idea for a piece of a power and maybe it would be enough for the killer to work..... 

We have killers: 
That throw hatchets
Set traps/1 teleports to that trap
Drives survivors crazy
One that goes crazy 
One that's just got a real nice pair of legs 
One that floats and goes through objects 
Etc......

I want a killer that has a weapon that will return to their hand after they throw it... (mainly a scythe because I wanna see the reaper be implemented into the game but that's just me it doesnt have to be a scythe it can be Thors hammer. .... KAPPA because I know that's what most will think)  addons could increase/decrease distance the weapon could travel... also the speed at which its thrown and returns.... the killer could continue move freely while the weapon is in the air.... this could be fun... 

Thoughts?

    Maybe an ice witch who can spawn ice blocks to emerge from the ground and capture survivors in place. Works kinda like shock therapy except not as accurate. 

    Add-ons would increase the capture distance, radius/size, time to cast and accuracy. 

    Gives the opportunity to insta down if you do freeze someone. Addons could also add status effects such as hindered and exhaustion. 

    Maybe survivors can be frostbitten and must look for a fire barrel to warm themself up.

    For new powers it's gotta be something out of the box and different. Maybe huntress should have an ultra rare add on which lets her have unlimited hatchets. (Maybe nerf irruedecents)

    Like a super Lunge? That'd be nice.
    I'd say making powers is very difficult to do in the rules and balance of the game.

    I'd love a werewolf inspired killer who could go between 2 legs, Attacking with front claws and 4 legs for fast movement to chase or traverse the map.

    No not a super lunge.... " killer throws weapon hits survivor... weapon then returns to killers hand...

    .. at least there would be reason for those fire barrels all around the map!
