Remove iron will from OTR
Not because its overpowered or anything but because it tells the killer you have it. If OTR functioned similarly to DS by not telling the killer you've got it, then killers might not tunnel just to expecting a survivor might have OTR. Leaving it up in the air whether they've got otr, DS, both or none could make for less tunneling overall as many killers might not see the risk as worth it.
Obviously a compensation buff would be in order. Not giving deep wound maybe?
