PC - Unable to unhook survivor

spacemonkey

There is not much to go off of since I attempted unhooking another survivor only once this match. This was during after all generators were completed, and the survivor was an Ada on her second hook stage. I do not have any explanation for this but not being able to unhook is detrimental to the game.
