PC - EGC thinks dying survivor with Adrenaline is still on the ground if killer closes hatch

Step 1 : Down last survivor (who has Adrenaline)

Step 2 : Close hatch, starting Endgame Collapse

Step 3 : Adrenaline gets activated, survivor goes from Dying to Injured state

Step 4 : Notice Endgame Collapse is gray whilst no survivors are hooked or in the dying state

If the survivor enters and exits the dying state again, the timer resumes as expected.
