Second hook insta death lock

-in a match as survivor

-already hooked once

-Im in chase and go down

-picked up by killer and there's lag

-placed on first or second hook and it shows that I have died instantly but remain in struggle phase

-when a survivor tries to unhook me it can't be done

-I have to wait to die and can't get off hook

(This has happened twice now, I have videos but they're too big)
