Killer went right through me and downed the survivor we were trying to heal.

Someone unhooked a survivor in the room off the lobby near the exit gate by the gen. We both tried to heal Charlotte came back to hook. I stopped to try and body block for a protection hit for them for her to just go through me and down the person again we were trying to heal. I should have blocked her and got hit. Please check collision between survivor and killer.
