Azarov's Resting Place Map tile blocks the killer

On Azarov's Resting Place, the map tile "FenceCorner2" (or "F

enceCornerB" I'm unsure which it was) spawns a set of tires that block the killer from walking through and making the tile stronger for survivor. I don't know if survivors can walk through or not since I played in a bot match and they walked around the tires.
