if you go to the video link at 34 seconds you can see the window next to the piano… well i was the other side of that window and an injured survivor (ellen ripley) went to climb inside to escape and i hit them they fell beneath the window to the floor there was also a trapper trap laid flat where the survivor was. i climbed through the window on top of the survivor and trap, pressed space and picked up ellen ripley (i was the trapper, but teddy skin), i didnt even trigger the trap either it remained flat, suddenly i got stuck in a bug where i couldnt physically move off the spot. survivor couldnt wiggle off completely and stayed on my shoulder. 3 other survivors completed 3-4 gens to finish the game. weirdly as exit gates were powered the survivor was able to struggle off.
