[PC] The Artist/Lery's Memorial Hospital/Tally Screen - Rapidly flashing lights

Gibberish

Playing as The Artist and hooking a Survivor in the basement on Lery's resulted in The Artist's weapon rapidly flashing/glowing white for a brief period of time. Full-screen rapidly flashing lights also occurred on the tally screen after the match, this continued until I left the lobby.

I tried to replicate it a few times in custom matches, but couldn't get it to happen again.
