pc-generator bug

Shrimpbbi

after repairing a generator for a while , it won't let me progress anymore it makes the toolbox depletion sound except i'm not running a toolbox and the gen isn't blocked or got hit by a gen regression perk.

step 1: getting sent to ormond against a blight

step 2: start working on a gen and get to 35-40%

step 3: the game lets the gen go and every time you try to touch it it makes the toolbox depletion sound and immediately cancels your action, making repairing the gen beyond 40% impossible.

This is probably a bug however it could also be a cheat as repairing gens is impossible.
