I killed only only 3 people, and still got the reward for "No one escaped"

self explanatory. I imagine this doesn't get reported very often because it benefits the person experience the bug. However, I love this game, and want the bugs gone :D

    Should have mentioned, I explicitly saw someone escape before the last hook. and the escape icon confirmed
