Does Killer MMR go up if they slug everyone?
If they kill by letting everyone bleed out? Does that affect their MMR as it would if they hooked everyone?

Yeah, only kills and escapes through the gates change MMR.
The emblems are another story, where hooks and how survs die matter more, just like chases & gens done etc.
yep. it is a valid win condition.
Bleed outs are kills. So yes, they do count towards MMR.
