nemesis (the killer) buff idea gens
can nemesis be granted the ability to slap gens with his whip and make it regress? this would be tier 2, and not all that strong id imagine, but imagine slapping a gen with pop, that would be awesome. plus the guy is average at best regarding strength

Just to be clear, this would be a significant buff. While I don't hate the idea, the question is "does Nemesis need buffed?".
