I just completed the 2nd page of the Blood Moon Tome and I don't have the Elodie or Oni Head?

I just finished the 2nd tome page of the Blood Moon event. When I clicked the final node (the one that gives you the rewards) I got the 200 Blood Trinkets, but I didn't receive either of the cosmetic heads. Does anyone else have this issue and how do I get the heads?

Edit: After leaving the game and coming back several hours later, I know have both cosmetic heads.
