Legion in Eyrie of Crows Insidious Killer Perk issues during activation of Perk

I noticed Legion has compatibility issues with Insidious Killer Perk when chasing or attacking survivors, I was unable to control movements of Killer Legion when around Survivors or chase and when Insidious Perk activated, lost control of Killer, Perk blinked on and off an on, I have this on video and may take the time to cut a snip and attach it if you need to see it. Thank you.
