Can we get refunded auric cells?

Now that you can only buy bundles, if I want to buy old characters I am going to have wasted a lot of money in auric cells. Will these be reimbursed or should I just give up on what licensed characters I don't have?

    Barring exceptions, virtual goods are not refundable, as per the EULA:

    Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer survival horror & action game where one player takes on the role of the Killer, and the other four players play as Survivors.

    Keep in mind you can always buy the single character with Auric Cells in the in-game Store.

    Old killer's are being discounted in terms of Auric cells, so there shouldn't be a way you pay more for anything now than before. If you hadn't given up on Licenced Killers prior, don't give up here!
