Were survivors able to put tapes into turned off TVs before the sadako rework?
I think it wasn‘t the case before the rework and it‘s a bit frustrating. I had a match yesterday, where I got someone finally condemned and then he put the tape into a turned off tv at the same time as the killer instinct appeared. I wasn‘t able to do anything.

They were. Tape insertion has always been independent of the TV’s powered status. They can’t retrieve a Tape from a unpowered TV though.
Thanks
