Wiggle bug

This is the first I’ve ever experienced this, don’t think it’s perk related but end game menu will be attached. One gen left and I got downed by killer in a 2v1 situation. Wiggling off is possible and would possibly save the game for a 1 or possibly 2 out. Wiggle progress goes as normal, 75% of the wiggle progress done and suddenly the wiggle bar disappears.
