PC - Blast Mine and Wire tap not applying to the generator

Description - I apply Blast Mine and Wire tap to a generator at the same time using the apply button, both of the perk timers start to run, but neither will apply to the generator. The killer's aura is not visible and the killer does not get stunned if they kick the generator. I am unable to use the perk on a different generator so I know I did in fact apply the perks to the generator.


Additionally - this is not occurring every time I try, but it is happening frequently
