PC - Survivor Lobby screen fails to load

Step 1: Queue as Survivor

Step 2: Wait until JOINING MATCH is triggered.

Step 3: The new lobby screen loads, but only the background (campfire) and player count (bottom right corner). No buttons, HUD, titles, or character model loads. Pressing escape does not open the 'Exit lobby?' dialog box.
