Don't know if blood rushed is bugged
So I was messing around with some perks and saw blood rush thought it was an interesting perk so I used Lithe with it. So I activate Lithe and become exhausted I was health so I should have gotten the prompt to active blood rush it didn't show up though. So I thought maybe it's because I'm in a chase so I escape chase and it still doesn't appear. So I think maybe I need to walk nope maybe not move still no what about plot twist like not move and crouch still nope. So I have a feeling Blood rush is a bit bugged right now or I still don't get how it's supposed to active.
