Generators can regress while being blocked by Repressed Alliance

Regression perks and add-ons can make generators lose progress while they're blocked
Step 1. Load into a game
Step 2. Build up progress and lock a generator with repressed alliance
Step 3. Gen can not be kicked for 30 seconds but it can still be hit by pain resonance, ruin, jolt, eruption (and legion's fuming mix tape add-on tape among others)
How often does it occur? Any time a killer uses a passive regression that doesn't require kicking the gen
The only reason I'm submitting this is because it's inconsistent how this doesn't happen through deadlock or dead man's switch or any of the killer perks used to block generators
