Why does it take so long for you to completely fix the Pinhead bugs?

In this latest update, you claim to have fixed the Pinhead bugs, but I still need to mention the reset Chain Hunt bug. This bug started after you introduced the mechanism preventing Pinhead from standing on the box. I believe this bug emerged around April of this year and persisted until November.

Why did it take you a full seven months to address this bug? Don't say you were unaware of its existence. Many players reported this issue to you after it appeared, but you always dismissed it with responses like "Pending," "Under Review. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue, we are forwarding this to the team for their review," or "Duplicate."

Why intentionally delay fixing this bug? Is it purely a technical issue, or is there another motive? In your recent announcement, you stated, "The Cenobite's Chain Hunt is no longer reset when Survivors are interrupted during certain actions."Come on,I must correct your statement.

The bug causing the reset of Chain Hunt has nothing to do with Survivor certain actions but results from the mechanism preventing Pinhead from standing on the box for more than 5 seconds. This is clearly shown in the video provided.

Are you claiming this?

I made another video for comparison.

In this video, I didn't rely on any object, and the Survivor didn't have any certain actions as you mentioned. The bug occurred simply because I intentionally still stood on the original palce for more than 5 seconds after downing the Survivor.

So, will you acknowledge the real reason behind this bug? It's not because Survivors have any certain actions but because you introduced a mechanism without proper design, preventing Pinhead from standing on the box for more than 5 seconds.

You ignored this bug for several months, disregarding many Survivors who exploited it. Do you persist in keeping this mechanism, or will you temporarily take it down? Is this your attitude?

Fixing the bug doesn't resolve everything. Do you think players won't notice the reasons for false bug fixed reporting?

Now it is explicitly clear that you must apologize to the Pinhead players who have been toyed with by this bug during this period. You must rectify the statement in your announcement that reads, "The Cenobite's Chain Hunt is no longer reset when Survivors are interrupted during certain actions."

Your behavior is downright irritating. What are you thinking, whether it's neglecting the reset Chain Hunt bug or making undisclosed changes to Pinhead's "Play with food"?

Have you considered addressing the issue with Pinhead carrying "Play with food"? You made a secret change between the release of the bot and the Skull Merchant. I conducted tests with Pinhead carrying "Play with food" during the robot release, and the results showed that bringing "Engineer's Fang" caused each chain throw to be considered an attack, leading to a loss of one "Play with food" token;and that not bringing "Engineer's Fang" caused each chain throw not to be considered an attack, leading to no loss of one "Play with food" token. However, with the Skull Merchant release, Pinhead loses one "Play with food" token for throwing any chain in any situation. I've never seen any official announcement regarding this, so it appears to be a secret change.

Do you plan to acknowledge this, or will you remain silent? In version 7.2.0, there was a bug with Pinhead losing two "Play with food" tokens for every throwing chain, which was later fixed in version 7.3.1. However, there was no announcement about the appearance and resolution of this bug.

Your actions are questionable. Why make such decisions, whether it's ignoring the reset Chain Hunt bug or making secret changes to Pinhead's "Play with food"? I have to say your behavior is quite disgusting. I don't know how much you're hiding, but even these few incidents are enough to show that you've been continuously concealing certain adjustments from players.

Previously, many Japanese players have already been discussing this issue on Twitter. So, do you still think you can pretend not to know about it?

Reiterating once again: "The Cenobite's Chain Hunt is no longer reset when Survivors are interrupted during certain actions." This statement is incorrect because the bug doesn't originate from survivors' certain actions. Instead, it arises from the official neglect of implementing a proper mechanism while insisting on releasing it and deliberately concealing the issue, allowing it to persist.

It's even more absurd to think that players won't notice. Even if you choose not to respond to this post, I will continue to publicize these actions you've taken on other forums. :)
