Something that bugs me about Pain Res

Overall the perk is fine its my teammates I've learned not matter who is being hooked if it's their first hook let go of the gen since it sparks and doesn't give a noise notification as if a survivor is repairing it explodes. What bothers me is almost none of my teammates realize this even after two tokens of pain res went off meaning the killer now knows where to go to since the gen blow up.

    Pain rez gives you (killer) no info which gen got exploded. Even if survivor screamed, you've no clue where exactly.
