Bug for viewing patch notes

PastaSauce

Hello, I just created my account. For some reason when i try to check the page with patch notes while logged into the BHVR forums i get an error

"Permission Problem

You need the knowledge.kb.view permission to do that."

I don't get this error when logged in. I can't imagine this is intentional.
