forced hesitation so fun

I just finished 4k against saboteur flashlight party. Usually these silly survivors are a bit tedious to deal with cause of all the running around trying to down all 4, then down them again cause they always bring unbreakable, but with forced hesitation it's such a breEZe.

might not be the strongest perk but it's so good against silly parties who bm and drag matches as long as possible

    forced hesitation is strong vs For the people+Buckle up if survivor tries pick up in your attack cooldown animation.
