Allow builders to set grapple points for Harvey. as long as point A to B is not obstructed it will count as valid. They could even be chained together. Information how many grapple points are set could be given to the player Though the watchman boost.

I think a change like this would add a lot of much needed build diversity to paths and bring new use to the grappling hook.
