MFT change
In the bugfix, does the mft change mean that it applies the haste when you are exhausted OR does it mean that now it can apply WHILE in deep wounds and exhausted? The wording in the post confuses me

The speed boost will now apply whenever you have Deep Wounds. Exhaustion is no longer a factor.
it now ignores exhaustion.
