Missing Auric Cells

Hey,

i know this is something that many players experienced BUT all of them got them back by restarting or from the Support.

i once started my Game and my 1050 Auric Cells are gone. This is more than 5 weeks ago. I contacted the support and they told me that it takes some time.. but more than 5 weeks?

So what else could i do? Steam is not helping me, bhvr is not helping me.. who should I contact? Police because it's basically a theft? Or can someone help me with that?

I think it's a joke from bhvr .. thats like 3 clicks and like 10 minutes of work ..
