I've been bring a toolbox and I've been super close saboing the hook quite a few times, what is going on? Is there some secret I'm missing? I even got downed saboing a hook for a survivor a killer was carrying and this challenge still didn't complete.

I've had this issue too. Just yesterday I Sabo'd a hook while Killer had someone on their shoulders within steps of me. Challenge equipped and didn't proc. It's likely bugged but idk if it's been mentioned.

I sabo'd so many hooks and it never completed, it really sucks.
