I bought a character at full price when there should have been a discount.

Yesterday, 18 oct. 2023 about 22.00 (GMT+3) i bought Deathslinger and spent 9000 Iridescent Shards on him, but i saw that his cost should be 4500 Iridescent Shards in this moment. Why i spent 2x more shards because your company made a mistake?

    However, there's no refunds for anything purchased prior to the sale starting.

    If you spent the shards after the sale started but before the prices were implemented, you will receive a refund automatically, the team is working on it:
