BHVR, use something similar to the REALM from the Halloween event for Freddy Krueger's REWORK.
To make Freddy feel super unique, he should have something similar to the new thing we will have at the Halloween event: The parallel world.
When Freddy sleeps the survivors should be in that world while the survivors to go to that world could appear watches like the TPS (clocks or something similar or other mechanic...) that they showed in the LIVE, so that they can teleport to the world.
I think adding this mechanic to Freddy would make him feel like the real Freddy Krueger, I hope so.
