Missing 2 DLC

So I just recently got back into DBD and ghostface and demogorgon randomly disappeared from my killer list when i loaded up dead by daylight this morning. I had previously bought both from the in game store with auric cells completely legitimately (ghostface being much a more recent purchase.) I hate to see the demogorgon go from my collection not only because he was very fun to play but also because I hear hes worth a ton of money now because of a cancellation or something. It would be a blessing if I could get my DLCs back, if not I completely understand.
