six feet under killer challenge not working

LargeChild

I'm trying to achieve the killer challenge six feet under (tome 1 level 4) I managed to sacrifice all 4 survivors in the basement 3 times but didn't get the challenge.

I'm playing on pc so I don't know if it's the same in console
