Running more than one Scourge Hooks
I notice the descriptions of these say 4 random hooks. So, if you run two of these perks will there be 8 White aura hooks, run three and get 12?

No, there will always be 4 scourge hooks and all of the effects of your perks are applied to those 4 hooks (plus the basement if Monstrous Shrine is in play).
