This Leon blinded the killer and saved Nea with Artist looking at the other side. Is the Blind Angle wider than the Killers FOV? Because I'm almost sure this artist didn't even saw Leon

It looks weird, but with any other killer it would look fine. Reason why it looks so odd here is because Artist has a long neck (which is where the camera is actually positioned)
Another thing that could of made this easier to pull off is Monitor and Abuse or Shadowborn
Yes, you can be blinded without seeing flashlight survivor on your screen.
Whether it's flashlight blinds, pallet stuns, FOV tech, or Window tech, what the killer sees on their screen is irrelevant to the reality of the game.
