PC - Sprint Burst not activating but becoming exhausted.
Was on Temple of Purgation, up against a Dredge. For the entire duration of the match, sprinting while not exhausted would cause me to become immediately exhausted and gain no haste from my Sprint Burst. The haste icon was completely missing from my HUD as well.

For what it's worth, the Dredge's build was Plaything, Lethal Pursuer, Face the Darkness, and Hysteria. It's add-ons were Tilling Blade and Field Recorder. As far as I'm aware, everyone else in this match could use their exhaustion perks with no issue.
