Likely the last Tuesday/Wednesday, if not the first Tuesday/Wednesday of September.
most probably next week, with this week having the teasers and stuff. PTB usually releases 2 or 3 weeks after the latest chapter has dropped.

Have to add that all we know is based on observed patterns, and can change at any point. AFAIK, no official dates have been given as of yet.
