Issue with trophies

So there's an issue with the trophies on ps5. People receive trophies they didn't earn. I actually had all the trophies until the blight chapter and when the ps5 version came out in late 2020, i did all the trophies again . So it is very frustrating to see people receiving trophies they shouldn't receive. Is it gonna get fixed in the upcoming patch next week ? It'd be cool otherwise trophies who were at 0,1 will be at 1% soon...
