Endurance on Singularity?
Can anyone please confirm if Endurance shortens the "stun" you get for Slipstream teleporting to someone at a pallet? The description of the power says it replaces the stun effect and breaks the pallet, so I'm leaning towards no, but if it does affect the duration of the slow, I will run it often. Thanks ahead of time!
